Training for writing the OSMHI projects

On the initiative of the Association for Promoting Inclusion and the Open Society Mental Health Initiative, the Center for adult education Validus organized training for writing the projects, budgeting and reporting for the projects funded by the OSMHI.

The training was held on 16 and 17 April for the representatives of the organizations from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia who co-operate with the Association for Promoting Inclusion and the OSMHI on projects for deinstitutionalization and development of the expert support services in the community for the persons with intellectual difficulties.

The introductory presentation was held by Ms. Judith Klein Open Society Mental Health Initiative Director and Mr. Neil Tobin, OSMHI Program Coordinator.

The training has been successfully completed and the participants have been enabled to independently write projects funded by the OSMHI:

In addition to acquiring the new knowledge and skills, the participants had the opportunity to share experiences on their own practices and plans for improving quality of life of the persons with intellectual difficulties in their programs.
