The purpose of this FOSI funded project is to provide technical support to biggest residential institutions in Croatia for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health problems in the process of transformation and organizing community-based services.
During 2013, technical support was provided to Centre for Rehabilitation Stančić and Centre for Rehabilitation Zagreb. In 2014, and with the approval of the Ministry of Social Policy and Youth (MSPY) and Open Society, we continued to provide support for Centre for Rehabilitation Ozalj and Home for Mentally Ill Adults Osijek.
