The Council of Europe’s Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) has published on 18 of March 2014 the report on its most recent periodic visit to Croatia which took place in September 2012.

Apart from the institution of the prison system, the report made comment on the conditions in one of the psychiatric hospitals as well as on the two social care homes.
