Improvement of market access for disadvantaged groups

Association for Promoting Inclusion is organising a conference as a part of the project “Supported Vocational Services for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities” within the 18th International Spring Fair in Gudovac, on Thursday, March 19th 2015, starting at 2PM.

Association for Promoting Inclusion, in partnership with the Centre for Inclusion and Social Services from Bjelovar and Secondary School Bartol Kašić from Grubišno Polje, is conducting the IPA project entitled “Greenhouse Vegetables Production” funded by the European Union.

The Project aims to support inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities to the labor market in Bjelovar-Bilogora County through a model of sustainable production in greenhouses in Bjelovar and Grubišno Polje.

Project results will be presented on the conference. Participants will be informed about the capabilities and work potential of people with intellectual disabilities, and discussion will be held with representatives of various stakeholders in order to enable exchange of positive experiences on the position of people with disabilities in the labour market.
